Make a correction easy to check
- Include the exact Deck Atlas page URL and the statement or image that needs attention.
- Describe the issue and link to the original manufacturer, retailer or other relevant evidence.
- For a price or stock correction, include the currency, product year, sealed or opened status and when you saw it.
- For a rights enquiry, identify the material, the rights involved and how we can contact the person making the request.
Orders and personal information
Deck Atlas does not sell products or manage merchant accounts. Send payment, shipping, cancellation, refund and warranty questions to the merchant that took the order. We cannot retrieve orders or authorize returns for an external shop.
Do not email passwords, payment card details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information. For a listing issue, a public URL and a description are usually enough. Email providers process messages under their own policies; sending a message shares your email address and whatever you include with the recipient.
